Henan Taiguo Industrial Co., Ltd. custom-designed high-efficiency vacuum-pressure impregnation equipment for wood preservation for a Russian lumber mill. The equipment model is DN1.5-6 (φ1500 mm, length 6000 mm). To address the extremely cold local climate, the equipment features a pressure-resistant, heavy-duty tank, a fully automated PLC control system, and a specialized heat-tracing and insulation design. The project successfully achieved deep penetration of the preservative, significantly extending the service life of the treated lumber. The equipment demonstrated exceptional operational stability and reliability in the harsh cold environment.
